Residents are being urged to pop into a coffee morning – to find out about plans for a new banking hub in Bo’ness.

The event will take place in the Food @ 34A cafe in the town’s South Street on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Pop in and meet members of the community engagement team from Cash Access UK and find out all about the plans for the new hub – which will offer advice from a range of banks, as well as deposit and cash withdrawal facilities.

A location for the new Bo’ness hub has still to be announced, but there are hopes the facility will be up and running in the next year.

Lesley Wilson, from Cash Access UK, urged people to attend the coffee morning. She said: “We will be there to tell members of the local community about upcoming banking hubs and answer any questions. We look forward to seeing you there for coffee and cake.”

Visit the Cash Access UK website for more information on the planned Bo’ness banking hub. There are also plans for a similar banking hub in neighbouring Linlithgow.
